By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD. If you decide to purchase Delightful Zen™ CBD products, you are purchasing these products based upon your own opinions as to any benefits that the products may provide.

All products have a 30-day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee (‘Guarantee’). We believe in our CBD products and we want you to find the one that best suits your needs. The guarantee has been created for that exact purpose. With the guarantee, Delightful Zen™ customers can try a new CBD product within a 30-day delivery window to determine if it fits correctly.

We believe that CBD products should be used as a daily, personalized supplement and that the individual’s response may vary depending on the length of time used. Customers are therefore encouraged to try the product for at least two weeks. If you are not satisfied with your product after two weeks, simply contact customer support at [email protected], fill out the Satisfaction Guarantee form and we will determine if your refund or credit is accepted and valid for your next purchase. We will request that the product be returned for quality assurance purposes. The guarantee applies only to the first purchase of any product from delightfulzen.com. Delightful Zen™ No refund or credits under this Guarantee shall be made from a purchase made in a retail store or from an unauthorized seller or any other site other than delightfulzen.com. If you purchase multiple quantities of the same product, Delightful Zen™ will only issue a refund or credit under this Guarantee for the price of a single quantity of the product. The refunds issued are for the price paid by the customer for the product and specifically exclude shipping costs and any discounts applied. All claims made under this guarantee must be submitted to Delightful Zen™ within 30 days of purchase in accordance with this policy.

All Satisfaction Guarantee Forms are subject to strict review and refunds/credits are provided at the sole discretion of Delightful Zen™. Delightful Zen™ reserves the right to refuse refunds or credits at any time for orders that show evidence of fraudulent behavior and/or invalid purchases. For a valid refund, the product must be at least 60 percent complete.

 

Returns

We take the satisfaction of the customer very seriously. Please check your shipment from Delightful Zen™ carefully upon arrival to ensure that it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 3 business days of receipt by writing or contacting our customer service team at [email protected]. You will need to provide detailed information (including pictures) for any product that has been damaged during shipping within that timeframe. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. Your item must be in the original package. We can only accept refunds for products purchased directly from delightfulzen.com. For products purchased at other retailers or websites, please contact the vendor.

Refunds & Exchanges

However, if you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price within 30 days of the date of purchase. For a valid refund, the product must be at least 60 percent complete. Refunds may only be accepted for products purchased directly from Delightful Zen™. Please submit your request by writing to [email protected].

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item back. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will start refunding your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive your credit within a certain amount

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.
